CML ships via Fedex and offers Priority & Standard Overnight as well as Second Day Air (2DA) service at this time.
All Fresh and Live product is required to be shipped Priority Overnight to preserve freshness and ensure that the lobsters arrive alive
Combining any frozen product with either fresh or live product will require that package to be sent Priority Overnight.
Priority Overnight packages will arrive by 10:30AM as per FedEx standards. Cousins Maine Lobster cannot take responsibility for changes that occur while in transit via FedEx.
Delivery time is not guaranteed during major Holidays or with poor weather conditions during the winter season
Frozen products ship with dry ice. During transit the dry ice will sublimate (transition from a solid to a gas) and therefore you may have empty dry ice bags upon receiving your package. This is normal and to be expected.

If your order was sent incorrectly the Cousins will fix the mistake in form of resending product or issuing a credit to our online store.
